Standish Writers’ Group was established in 2009. We meet on the third Wednesday of every month at 7.15pm at the Crown Pub in Worthington. We are a mixed prose and poetry, genre and none-genre group. At each meeting, members read out selected work, inviting comment and feedback. Most months we have a set theme to write to. We also run competitions, workshops and social outings for those that are interested.
